    The breakfast served was delicious, everything you could wish for, with salads, food and drinks and also freshly cooked eggs. The room was great-sized and offered with large bedrooms and bath and super bed. The location was good and magnificent, so close to the bridge and Opera house and the cruise ship, and the public parking was an excellent bonus. I stayed at this hotel before now and would stay there again👌

    Some of the staff were unattentive.

    It was comfortable and well located. It had an air of luxury and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The complimentary internet was very well received. I would stay there again.

    I though the hotel restaurant was a bit expensive for a simple meal. The beds were very comfortable but the bottom sheet never quite tucks-under so ended up crinkling making sleeping uncomfortable. Fitted sheets are a much better bet, as we have at home.

    The service was top-notch, with our bags swiftly taken by the porter, and the comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. We relaxed in the lovely indoor pool and enjoyed a great massage at the spa, making our stay even more enjoyable. Just a heads up, the city noise did come through the window a bit, but it didn't really bother us. 😊

    We appreciated how close it was to government house. White Rabbit with coffee & goodies is 400 meters walk away. 10 min walk from the bus stop. They have free WiFi.

    Nice lcoation in CBD, near Wynyard Train station, shopping, The Rocks.

    Complimentary wireless internet is quite unstable during peak evening times. Breakfast is routine, appreciate some variety.

    I had a wonderful stay where I could easily stroll to the iconic Sydney Opera House and beautiful Hyde Park, both just a short walk away, and the staff were great throughout my stay.

    The location is excellent, just a short walk from key attractions and public transport. The staff, from reception to the bar, exude warmth and professionalism. The bed provided really good comfort. While the view from the room could use improvement, it didn't detract from the overall experience. I would certainly consider a return visit in the future.
